Hi ram,
ICET is not the entrance for distance MBA in fact there are no entrances to be given (except in IGNOU) to pursue MBA through teh correspondence mode. To know about the various Diversities offering MBA through this mode, refer to the following link:

ICET is the place where you get admission to various colleges for MBA.
