Hi Harish, As MBA is a Post Graduate degree program it definitely will have an upper hand as compare to Post Graduate diploma program. However, to an extent it would also depend on the Institute from where you are doing the program if it is an institute of repute like say IMT or FMS or MDI etc. you

Hi Harish. Most of the institutes do offer PGDM. They are also equivalent to MBA but in grading they are little less. Rest every subject is same to MBA. Regards. Manish.
