University is approved by UGC for providing Degree to the candidates
and also from AICTE for MBA & B.Tech Courses....

No this university along with many more mushroomed university in Chattisgarh are not recognized by Govt of India. Supreme court has specifically given order on the same. u can check the details from UGC site as well.
