I am btech final year student (IT) i want to know what are the various career options available for me after BTech .can i get a job in good it company without good knowlwdge of programming

the three normal career options avaiable to you are a Masters in IT, a MBA, and appear for Civil Service. Depending on ur aptitude you can opt for one of them.yes, you can join a company without knowledge of programming at entry level.
