What are the eligibility criteria to pursue MS from US?

I am from India. I have a 7.6 cgpa and 1390(800 Q and 590 V) in my GRE. I want to apply for the 2011 fall. I am expecting a 100 in TOEFL. I dnt have any papers or work experience. What chances do I have in these colleges?\nUni of Mass-Amherst,Rutgers, Ohio,Uni of Minnesota,Uni of Florida

First of all, i must let you know that you have impressive credentials. I cannot tell you your exact chances of getting into the colleges you have mentioned as admission is not only based on GRE or your percentage. There are other factors which are involved in your getting a admission offer. Essays/
