What is the basic eligibility for doing MS from the US

hi.this is y.suveda.i am pursuing my b-tech final year in ECE stream.i want to do MS in USA.so let me know do we compulsarily require toefl for USA institutions apart from having gre score in our hands??and do ielts play a equal role as that of toefl for going to USA?

GRE and IELTS/TOEFL are the mandatory tests that you would have to take in order to apply for admission in USA. You do not have to take both the TOEFL and IELTS. You just have to take 1 of them. You cannot compare both of them and say whether one plays an equal role as that of the other. In USA, it
