Which are the Universities that accept students for MBA without GMAT and with IELTS and work experience only?

Do I have to give GMAT to get admission in a good university for MBA in UK? Are there any good institutes that accept only IELTS score and bachelors' degree for getting admission, without much importance to Work experience(I currently do not have any full time work ex)?

The Universities that require at least 3 yrs managerial experience full time ask for GMAT. For experience upto 2 yrs full time GMAT is not necessary and the admission will be based on you academic profile completely. for fresher MBAs - cardiff univesity and aberdeen university. For 2 yrs exp - sunde
