Hi Raj Kumar,
There are no 1-2 year diploma in engineering. I will suggest you to go for your Masters as a diploma will hardly be of any value. In masters, you can take up M.Sc, MBA or MCA.

Firstly there are hardly any diploma courses in mechanical engineering which are for a duration of 1-2 years and secondly, the value of pursuing a diploma post completing your B.Sc is least of any value. I would suggest you to look further and plan to pursue further studies by taking

No, you can go for PG course like Msc then atend for GATE entrance , depends on ur GATE rank go for MTECH. Gud luck

No, minimum requirement duration will be 2.5 years (If done IME) and after doing B.Sc. in PCM, the Diploma will not be so useful and rewwarding
Better, you should go for M.Sc. (Electronics engineering), M.Sc. (Applied Electronics) and such other field

U can do mechanical engineering from Institution of Mechanical Engineers (India) Hasmukh Bhavan, Behind CIDCO Office, Near Hiranandani Park, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai - 410 210.
This is the best option for u.
