What is the basic eligibility for doing B.Sc (Media Graphics & Animation)

dear sir, i got 48.83% in 12th. I want to do B.sc. in Media graphics and Animation. Is my percentage adequate to join this course? I seriously want to do my career in Animation. Plz answer :)
