Hi Ravi,
Any Candidate who have passed there Graduation in any field whether through regular mode or distance mode he/she is eligible to appear for Civil Service Exam provided you adhere to the maximum age limit. For general and OBC candidates age limit is 30 years while the same for SC/ST is 33 ye
