Hi Praveen,
First of all I would like to say that there can't be Yes or No reply to this question as the reply would differ from Institute to Institute.
If you want to pursue an MBA from a regular full time University/B-School you need to have a Bachelor's degree and as GDBA is a Graduate Diploma

Yes if you want do MBA from NIM you can do it, but if you want to do it by giving CAT,MAT,XAT etc exams then you need to complete your 3 years graduation from a recognized university.
