Hi,
To pursue engineering in IT/ Computers, the minimum eligibility required is to be a 12th passed with Science + Maths subjects with a minimum 60% as the aggregate (IIT JEE). There are entrances that are required to be qualified so to get admission in a good institute for engineering program.

It completely depends on institution, in which you want to take admission.
Eligibility criteria in terms of 12th standard is 50% but if you are planning admission in Good institutions like IIT's and NIT's you need to clear entrance exams and need to fulfill the maximum age criteria.
