Will the bank give me a education loan to study Masters in Culinary Arts at Ealing and Hammersmith and WLC?

I will be completing my BHMCO in 2011 & I am very keen to do my Masters in culinary arts in Ealing Hammersmith and west london college. I will be going in for Edu. Loan. Will Bank of India give me a loan for this college?
