    Although, there won't be many Institutes which will accept your low CAT scores but few of the Institutes which you may try are:
    Institute of Management Development and Research (IMDR), Pune
    Alliance Business School, Bangalore
    Army Institute of Management and Technology, Greater Noida
    Asian School of Business Management (ASBM), Bhubaneswar
    Fortune Institute of International Business, Delhi
    Jaipuria Institute of Management

    hi saikat, we can't mention colleges which get low percentage and which get good percentage in a big forum loke shiksha.

The minimum marks or CAT cut off to appear for IIM selection round is different for every institute. Tier 1 colleges select candidates with CAT score above 95 percentile, Tier 2 colleges select candidates with score between 80-90 percentile and Tier 2 colleges select candidates with score lower than 80 percentile.
