i have completed my diploma in nursing,as the hospital industry is not recruting male nurses,i wan to pursue health care mamagement,hospital administration,how can i do,is it necessary that i have to pass Bachelors degree,please lte me know

Dear George, First you need to complete your B.Sc. Nursing and also it is not truth that hospital does not take male nurses. You can go for job with NGOs where still jobs are well paid, rewarding, satisfactory and male nurses are recruited You can do your MBA in healthcare or hospital administration
