Dear sir, I am a management graduate from Pune University of 2005-07 batch. currently i am working with an education Institute as BDM in Indore,but i want to continue my studies and want to switch from sales to teaching. So, plz guide me, what should i go for i.e.- M.Phil or Ph.D and from where?

For teaching, you must clear NET or SLET You have another option form iCFAI Business School Hyderabad It offers Ph.D programme and it is designed for management teaching. If you have achieved min 60% marks you can apply for this where first two years you need to spend on management teaching
