What are the eligibility criteria to get job in good IT company?

im interested in software field i want to get recruited in IT company. so want to do MCA in IGNOU or regular is valuble. i have already done UG in English

Hi Anitha, I always suggest the people to do REGULAR MCA only because, in IT Industry many more companys are considering ONLY REGULAR DEGREES ONLY. Very Best Example: Infosys, TCS,IBM, Bank of America . So Please Please opt for Regular Degree only:) Regards Ram
