VTU Belagaum is offering M.tech in IT. It is the prominent University for engineering in Karnataka.All the collages in Karnataka are Affiliated to this university. you can try MS Ramaiah collage in Bangalore. it is one of the topmost collages in Bangalore even RV Collage of Engineering as well.
