What is AICTE?
I would like to know if All India Council of Education (AICE) , is a legal and recognised certification body to award degree. Are these degrees recognized in india

no only AICTE,UGC and MHRD are the recognized authorities who have the power to award degrees and approve universities and colleges in India.AICTE(ALL INDIA COUNCIL OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION), (UNIVERSITY GRANTS COMMISSION), MINISTRY OF HUMAN RESOURCE AND DEVELOPMENT).

Yes it is a legal body of all the colleges in the country.All degrees in the country are recognized by the UGC body.
