i hve lost my BA certificates of HP university somewhere ,i only remember the year and half of the registration number i.e 83/DA & year is 19994.please tell me the procedure, that how can i get them back ,or fr duplicate?

Hi Chirag. Go to the police station in your area of your residence and file an FIR that you lost your certificates and give an advertisement in the newspaper too. If it is still not found, take the FIR Copy to the university with that you give a letter to the registrar of examinations they will issu
