Im a final yr student of BE Electronics ( Mumbai Uni.) . My aggregate is about 74%. I have 1420 on gre and 116/120 in Toefl ( Internet ) . I wish to pursue MS in Germany ( Communication/Embedded /Image Processing) .Can u suggest about 5 top universities ( International Courses) where I can apply
