Which is the best institute recognized by government to pursue chip level course ?
i have done computer hardware & networking course.now am interested to do chip level course in mother board & laptop repairing course..please suggest good institute or college with govt recognize.

You can chip level from Jet king hardware technology which is the pioneer in hardware technology. In govt institutions please have a look at DOEACC which is also helpful to you.
