Hi, I have done MBA-HRM and interested in pursuing PhD-HR (open for distance learning and regular). Can anybody guide me for admission process and list out some good universities as well. I have 5 years experience in HR in an IT MNC......keen to know some good ansewers.

Hi, Although, different Institutes will have different admission criterion & cut offs but most of the Institutes would require you to have a good percentage in your Masters level from a recognized University to go for a PhD program in Human Resource Management; there are not many Universities which
