Hi. Firstly you need to realize whether you wanted to do an MBA or a PhD. Once you are decided, you could either go and look for institutions/courses related for an MBA or a PhD. Hope this helps.

For doing Ph.D you have to do Masters degree first then only you can apply for Ph.D

For Phd, you need to look for some Professor / Faculty, who can guide you on the subject. But along side that Would suggest to complete your MBA as well else it may be a difficult for your to prsue your interest.

Before thinking of PhD you will have to complete Post Graduation preferably in Business Administration. After this you can go ahead with PhD.
