I am studying BA final year from BRAOU Jagtial, Please i want to change my collage center because of lecturers. i am called the university but they asking proofs for transferring residence or Job, i am not a employee and i am not changing my residence to get the proofs.

That is not required Simply you can write application in prescribed format and first give your complain about existing centre
