Hi,
Yes TOEFL is accept in Canada for pursuing masters in computer science. Apart from the TOEFL, you would have to take the GRE.
I would also like to let you know that if you have not taken TOEFL, you should take the IELTS as that is the preferred medium of the english test but it is not mandatory.
