I Suggest SYMBIOSIS at Pune is really best for MBA in Finance.

There are various university like NMIMS, Symbolisis, ICFAI, FMS, IIM's, AMITY, IMT GAZIABAD, IIPM ETC.
The courses duration is at about 2 year. and The fees is varies to different institutions.
