Which program will help a graduate working with an international BPO and wanting to make his career in IT

Hey, I am a commerce graduate..did graduation in 2007,,, dont have any IT experience...since 2007 working in International bpo..but want to change field.. I have heard about various courses such as MCSE, CCNA in networking field..and DBA in oracle field..P suggest me which course would be better

HI Ankur talwar Main point that which is like field.But i am say that at a time data base are very need in every field(related computer).At a time Oracle data base are very boom in web deveplment field/designing or in company.SQL are also better for career.Oracle are very increace in IT company.Both
