What should I do, work and then go for MBA or take up fresher MBA? Is work experience mandatory?
Can anyone tell me is work experience needed to do mba abroad or one can do mba without work experience?now i m in final year Btech(ETE) an got a call from a company,what should i do go for work exp or direct MBA?

If you want to do MBA from UK then let me tell you work experience is required and ask by most of the universities however there are some universities which doesn't ask for the work experience , i would suggest you to read this article this will clear the picture about the MBA in UK wi

that choice you will have to make amrdeep as there are univ that offer MBA without wrk exp. but if you want to study in top end univ you can opt for management courses without work experience. with wok ex you can definitely get into some top ranking univ. without work ex in UK you can go to Aberdeen

Work experience is a pre-requisite for admissions to most of the B-Schools abroad. So you can estimate yourself that how important it is to take admissions there. But there might be some B-Schools giving admission without work experience or some some even without GRE. I'll suggest you to make a list
