What are the application procedure to apply for MS course in US universities?
can iapply to usa uni. for ms .comp..eng. having cleared 7 backlog upto 7th samester and got another in 8th sam. wich ishall clear in dec 2010 result march2011. Will uni will give me admission now or after clearing backlog for 8th sam. for wich result in march2011 chances of getting admission an

yes ofcourse but u have to start you process from 6month and meanwhil you result cum give toefl and gmat exam so that till march you prepare for yourself and also i can guide you more if i have yours acadamics information for that i want u to please visit our website www.ryzeoverseas.com

First of all i would like to let you know that there is no term that starts in March. A term usually either starts in January or September/October unless it is a special program.
Coming to your question, no you cannot apply until you have cleared all your backlogs, and have received your marksheets
