What are the job opportunities for a IT Engineer ? Which exams and how much should I score to enrol for MBA in NZ as a fresher ?

Hiiii dis is nisarg.. i am pursuing IT engineering. I am in last year.. so i want to do M.B.A. in New Zealand.. Can you please guide me? Which exams should i give to enroll and how much score i should have? And i also want to know job opportunities for me as an IT engineer...if i don't do M.B.A.
