Yes, you can apply now in various institutes IMT, BHARTI VIDYAPEERTH, Univeristy of Madras. etc.

No, many institutes are still offering this
You can opt IMT, ITM, University of Madras, Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, Bharti Vidyapeeth etc
