    Hi Lalit,
As far as my knowledge goes GED is a high school diploma generally given in foreign Universities like US, Canada or the Schools who are working on the same pattern. GED is a diploma generally done by those students who have not earned a high school certificate.
In India, there wont be many Universities who will accept your GED equivalent to High School. However, you can try doing your graduation through correspondence or Open Universities which may accept your GED.
Few of them which you may try are:
    IGNOU
    Anna University
    Alagappa University
Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University
    Kota Open University
    YMCOU
    NSOU
Hope this will be of help. Fe
