What is the eligibility to take lateral entry in B.A. ( Eng. Lit. ) ?

hai, i am doing B.A. ( Eng. Lit. ) by Sagar University . Is it possible to get admission after my second year exam . And one more thing that PG Diploma Course is having PG Degree value . Please let me know on . Thanks
