Forms and Prospectus : (a) Available from DDE Counter at V.U. campus on payment of Rs.200/- on all working days from 11 am to 3.00 pm; (b) From recognised Study Centres on cash payment of Rs.200/-, (c) Application form may be downloaded from University Website but in such case a Bank Draft of Rs.250
