Its completely depends on you ..now a days MBA is much more in demand but it doesn't mean that MS is a bad option .

first of all ask yourself that why you have chosen B.E in mechanical?what is your AIM where are you want to see yourself after doing that course then after that you will be easy to choose a right course for you.
