INIFD is a good option and offers Diploma, Advance Diploma and PG Diploma in part time mode
There are amny state polytechnic offering this kind of courses

fashion designing is a good professional course,but i will suggest you to go for a reputed institutes like IIFT,NIFT,NID,NIFD
