What is the difference between part time and full time Msc-it in terms of value?

Full time classes are conducted during regular working hours while part time classes are conducted in evenings and/or week ends. AICTE so far is reluctant in recognising part time courses I presume the same status apply to UGC also, but AICTE recommends conducting courses in two shifts than part ti

Part Time programs are generally conducted in short span of classroom timings and on fixed days in a week, where as full time programs are like regular class rooms.
