for mba sikkim manipal university is a better option than ptu. nd yes ptu is recognised..both these university offer distance education prgrms also..so take care of that.

go with punjab technical university.may be its new but sikim manipal university's degree somewhere not working as a distance education program when compare to regular.the exam also objective type.so now choice is yours you can consult with other students.
