Can i know the scope for medical electronics? what are the colleges offering this course in M.E.?

    Hi Nandhini,
    Frankly speaking although, Medical Electronics (which is mainly related to designing of medical equipments) will see a growth in the coming years due to the growth in health care business and new technology inventions in the area but as of now the career scope is decent and not very booming. As this is quite a new field in India, there are not many colleges offering this course. However, few of which you can check are: Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, MS Ramaiah University.

    Scope:-A graduate engineer in Medical Electronics gets the job of a Trainee Maintanance Engineer at various hospitals or Indian offices of reputed overseas manufacturers at entry.
