yes you can but you have to appear for UPSC civil service exam for that you have to first complete your graduation.

Hi Viany. You must be a degree holder. You can practice from now onwards for the exam for UPSC. It is conducted in June and November respectively. There are two exams like preliminary and mains exams. All the best. Regards. Manish
