Yes, you can start preparing for UPSC right now but I don't think it would be very wise to concentrate on UPSC exams right away. The right time for you to start your preparation will be when you are in the final year of your B.Tech so that you dont deviate from B.Tech because for UPSC graduation is necessary. For UPSC i would like to say that their are two stages that you need to clear- preliminary exam and main exam in
