I have been working in an educational institute in administrative post for d last 4 years n i have done M.Sc in Ecology & Environment correspondently, but i do not want to go for teaching, kindly tell what further is to be studied now so that i can grow educationwise and go to higher post?

It is not only teaching in which you can find Job Opportunities after M.Sc in Ecology and Environment, the other fields in which you can find jobs are: Quality Assurance, Disaster Management, agriculture,

if u really like ecology, then u should go for Phd.in ecology from a reputed institute. Another option setting up some organization which wud work for environment.
