Am doing my final year B.Sc.. Is it possible for me to do an MS. in India or MCA in IIT.. ???Have an average of 82%.

Hi,
Well as per your educational qualification, you can opt for the M.S course which is equivalent to most of the M.Sc degrees available in India.
As for pursuing MCA through IIT is concerned, a graduate in a similar stream is eligible to apply for MCA and not all the IITs offer MCA. The admission

it depends on ur interest......if technical thn go for mca nor go for MS
