Which are the reputed universities offering MS in the US

I gave GRE, score Q:800 & V:420.I am 4th year B.Tech(I.T) student of W.B.U.T my GPA : 8.63/10. Submitted a research paper & working on another two.I am a professional web developer and developed few websites and also an enterprise software. Plz suggest some US universities to apply for MS&PhD.
