is it compulsory to have 60% in academics to attend interviews for it companies

some have that criteria some don't have its vary from company to company

Well for the first job the percentage scored by you is important alongwith your knowledge, skills and communicative ability. But later on the last 3 aspects mentioned above combined with your effective experience play the role in getting you higher jobs.
