Which is the best university in Manitoba to pursue Masters in human resource?
i need any good university in manitoba that offers human resource management for masters studies against oct, nov 2011. I have already completed my undergraduate study in nigeria. my CGPA IS 3.24. Thank yu for your assistance.

Whether you have Bachelor degree of 3 years duration or 4 years duration. Normally Universities in Canada require 4 years of Bachelor degree for admission into Master degree.
