Hi, It does not matter if your degree is a 3 year degree or a 4 year degree. You are eligible to give the GMAT and GRE. You are not eligible to apply in most US and Canadian Universities as they have a 4 year degree requirement. You can apply to universities in UK and Australia. Hope my answer has s
