Yes, you can apply for Diploma course in Computers from Australia with 5.5 band in IELTS. You can look for Brisbane North Institute of TAFE, Australian College of Information Technology, Canterbury Technical Institute, Southbank Institute of Technology, Gold Coast Institute of TAFE, B
