Hi Nikhil, u can go for NZ and apply to the 2 best institutes there: CPIT in christchurch and NSIA in Auckland. You can go for a cookery course there to pursue ur career as a Chef as these 2 r the best colleges there.

Hi Nikhil, To become a Chef you have to be a Hotel Management Graduate however you can go for Diploma in Hotel management, Degree in Hotel Management from New Zealand. dear u should join a good course in india only such as various short term to long term courses offered by PUSA. the forms are out by the end of march every year .then go out to some other country to sharpen ur skills.
